forthwith. The notice ordered the defendant "not to enter or remain at any time" upon the premises of the track,1 and that
in the event he failed to comply with the order, he would be subject to summary arrest for criminal trespass. The defendant,
upon receiving the notice, threw it on the floor and said, "I'll be back."
